Atomic Energy used to help others is not generally bad, but your question is about only one of its uses. War, according to Heraclitus, is the father of all things. Being a Greek philosopher, he lived long before the discovery of the element we came to recognize as Oxygen. How long will it take until we recognize that War, and bombs, are not good solutions to problems? When we finally stop breathing Oxygen?

well if a country has one they could use it against any other country. I do not think the next war would be nucleanr. Too many risks for the country sending the bomb. I think technolgy or germ warefare is the next war

What can be done with it s bad. What drives its creation, much of it, is bad. that people want it and may, or have, killed for it, is bad. What it takes away in the name of it, is bad.

It's not bad itself, it has no personal morality by which to be judged.
